The lion’s den is a franchise of the legendary ken shamrock, the gym is an mma gym that focuses on mixed martial arts, our fighters are trained in boxing, san shou, american grappling and Brazilian ju jitsu, we pride ourselves on teaching discipline, dedication and determination, the lions den ministry is a big part of our training facility, we are based at 135 old main road, pinetown.
